Hi, I’m Kimberley and I am a degree-qualified Chinese Medicine clinician, with a double major in Acupuncture & Herbalism from Torrens University. I have a focused interest in women’s health, fertility, pregnancy, birth prep and postpartum care as well as Mother and baby care. I am passionate about combining evidence-based research with ancient wisdom to support women, mothers and families. With more than 15 years of experience as a health professional, I dive deeply into sessions with great sensitivity and empathy. Sharing my embodied knowledge and experience as an integrative physician combining a Western medical understanding of IVF protocols, natural fertility, pregnancy and postnatal care with Chinese Medicine modalities such as cupping, moxa, gua sha, acupuncture, womb massage and more to achieve the best patient outcomes.
My work supporting women, mothers and families centres around the guiding principle that for women to flourish with optimal fertility and health there is power in igniting the body’s innate intelligence to support and heal itself. This is achieved through addressing foundational pillars of nutrition and lifestyle practices, herbal medicinal support, acupuncture, bodywork, and womb massage.
Chinese medicine shines when it comes to women’s health and paediatric care when Western medicine has not delivered results.
Womb massage combines an ancient style of fertility and abdominal massage and bodywork, blending a nurturing combination of physical, emotional, and spiritual techniques. A deeply healing and non-invasive therapy, it can help with circulation, regulating the menstrual cycle, womb alignment, scar tissue release, supporting the IVF process, endometriosis, PCOS, and post-partum healing.
I entered the health & fitness industry when I was 26 years old and enjoyed a decade-long career running my own business offering everything from boot camps to retreats in Bali as well as working with major organisations creating bespoke corporate health programs.
I experienced my own long and challenging fertility journey to my daughter and will bring my embodied experience to the treatment space. I love the beach and am a dedicated book worm and currently have 5 books on the go simultaneously, ranging from fiction to the latest women’s health text to personal development books to Chinese Medicine seminal texts.
